Ecuadorian singer, songwriter, and musician Alex Ponce has released his new album titled ‘Noise, The Silence and Me’. The main piece of this production is 'La Sin Sentimientos', featuring the collaboration of BLANKO, marking the first time Alex Ponce collaborates with another artist from Ecuador.
This release is the culmination of a trilogy that began in May with the EP 'Noise', followed by the EP 'Silence' in August, and finally the album 'Noise, The Silence and Me' in October. The album combines all previously released songs with four new tracks. Alex Ponce shared: 'The album is about how we build concepts and how we construct ourselves at the same time, so it comes from these two sides which are noise and silence, as a result of this sum, we have the self.'
In addition to the album release, Alex Ponce performed at several major events throughout the year, such as the Tecate Emblema festival in Mexico, where he played his hits 'Plan', 'Go and Tell Them', 'Traición', and 'Daría Todo'. In June, he released the song 'Go and Tell Them V2 - Remix' with Lasso and Sebastian Llosa, which earned him the opportunity to open Lasso's concerts in the United States and, recently, for Juanes in Quito and Guayaquil.
The musician is already preparing his tour 'Noise, The Silence and Us' which will begin in 2025 and will travel to several countries in Latin America and Mexico. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear live all the songs from his new album. Additionally, he recently performed at the NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival alongside students from the Latin Grammy Academy and participated in the Billboard Latin Music Week held in Miami.
