Yerik Emil Navarro Mosquera, known as "Yemil", has been transferred back to sector C, maximum security, at La Mega Joya. His lawyer, Diana Moreno, reported this after filing an "audience for the violation of rights" in the compliance department of the first judicial circuit courts against the Penitentiary System within the Accusatory Penal System. The lawyer stated that the transfer was made in response to the lawsuit filed.
